I'm a software and platform engineering lead in Tampa, supporting the J6 directorate at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) through General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). I help set the technical direction for the Solutions Delivery division and stay hands-on in the architecture: enterprise AI, Kubernetes, and secure software supply chains. Before that, I stood up the command's first enterprise DevSecOps platform, and spent the years before that building .NET and Azure applications for USCENTCOM and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

  • Led the deployment of USCENTCOM's first enterprise DevSecOps platform on GitLab Ultimate and Harbor across multiple network enclaves, configuring single sign-on through F5 and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ICAM with the infrastructure teams and giving J3, J6, and J8 teams secure, automated CI/CD.
  • Integrated Semgrep, Hadolint, and Trivy scanning and Syft software bill of materials (SBOM) generation into CI/CD pipelines, detecting vulnerabilities in source code, container images, and dependencies during development.
  • Built reusable CI/CD pipeline templates that configure jobs automatically from each repository's structure, giving every project a consistent, reproducible pipeline.
  • Onboarded and trained teams across directorates and wrote platform documentation, so teams could build and ship on the platform independently.
